Do I need an email address to place an order?
Yes, you must create an account using your email address. Note that it is advised that you use the same email across our sister platforms (Oh! Beauty Box, Loolia Closet and SohatiCare) in order to benefit from the common loyalty program. You will be able to earn and redeem points on the platform of your choice if you are using the same email address.
Can i use more than one email address?
You can create many account with several emails, however, you will be splitting your loyalty points. You cannot merge loyalty points that are earned on different emails, so we advise you to use one single email to make as many orders as you like. Also, we advise you to use the same email on our sister platforms (Loolia Closet and Sohati Care) in order to combine your points earned and redeem them on the platform of your choice.
Is there a loyalty program?
Yes, our loyalty program is under construction. We will let you know as soon it is ready! One thing we can tell you is that you will be able to collect points and redeem them across all our sister platforms (Loolia Closet, SohatiCare and Oh! Beauty Box). Stay tuned!
Shipping
When do I get my box?
For deliveries within Lebanon, if you have selected standard shipping, you will receive your box 4-6 business days after submitting your order.
If you have selected premium delivery service for an additional fee, you will receive your box within 48 hours from placing the order.
For long-term plans, your future boxes (after the first one) will be delivered to your door within a week from revealing the new box each month.
Do you ship outside of Lebanon?
Of course! If you live outside Lebanon, please visit www.int.ohebautybox.com to order your box / boxes now! At checkout, make sure to fill the fields of the "your address details shipping address" where the box(es) should be delivered. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
I'd like the gift sent to my friend directly. Is this possible?
Of course! In order to do so here's what you need to do during the checkout process:
1- Fill your friend's address information under "shipping address"
2- Select "credit card" for payment method as we require the full amount of the order to be pre-paid in order to send the box to your friend.

Orders & Payments
Can I pay by cash?
Yes, cash on delivery is available. If you place an order for a long-term plan (3 months or 6 months) the full amount is required upon delivery of the first box.
In case you are ordering a gift to someone else and would like to pay by cash, then we would deliver the first box of the gift plan to your address in order to collect the amount of the order. For following months, we will be able to deliver the box to the recipient's address.
If you would like us to send the first box to the recipient's address, then you will need to settle the amount due by credit card at checkout. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
Can I apply a discount code to my subscription?
Of course! If you were referred by a friend or received a promo code through one of our marketing campaigns, feel free to use it at checkout. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
Can I return or get a refund for my subscription?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your box, we are here to help.
Our team works relentlessly to find and source the products that appeal to most customers. We understand that taste and preferences are different, but this is part of the surprise concept we have adopted: we encourage you to learn about new products or brands or rediscover the ones you know.
Please note that full returns of the boxes are not possible, unless there are damaged or missing items (cf. Damaged / Missing items section).
Subscription to long term plans (3 months subscription and 6 months subscriptions) implies a one-off payment upon the order. Depending on the plan you chose, you will be receiving one box every month for the duration of the term (3 months or 6 months).
What happens if the box has one or more products that are damaged/missing?
If your box or some of its content arrived damaged due to shipping, please contact the customer care team at Oh! Beauty Box via WhatsApp on 81-727299 or by email to info@ohbeautybox.com for the return and replacement of your box.
If the damaged box or products up for replacement are no longer available, you may obtain a new box or product within the limits of available stock. Otherwise, an alternative product will be suggested to you free of charge or you will be provided with a credit amount to shop the beauty product of your choice on our sister platform www.looliacloset.com.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The box was received in the last 3 days The products within the box are all in their original packaging You have a proof of the damaged product sent to us via WhatsApp or by email at the contact details provided above
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a damaged product are covered by Oh! Beauty Box.
My Subscriptions
What will my first box be?
Once you place an order, the first box you will receive is the box of the current month (unless it is no longer available). You will receive an email in order to track your order
Is it possible to order previous boxes?
Yes! Previous boxes are available for purchase as long as they exist in stock. Hurry to get yours before it sells out! Just go to the "Our Boxes" section of the website and explore available options.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Subscription to long term plans (3 months subscription and 6 months subscriptions) implies a one-off payment upon the order. Depending on the plan you chose, you will be receiving one box every month for the duration of the term (3 months or 6 months).
Plans are fully prepaid and therefore no cancellation is possible.
